Due to the creative and fluid nature of our work, we cannot charge by the feature. However, we can discuss the features and timeline for your project so you have an estimate of the total costs. 

Nope! You can commit one month at a time and can stop or pause work whenever you would like.

Yes, to provide a trial period, we will put your first month’s payment into an escrow account. After the first month of work, if you want to continue with us then we will bill you for the second month and take the money out of escrow to pay for the first month. If you decide you don’t want to continue with us we will refund the first month and we will part ways. 

Unique for a small agency, we offer round the clock customer support. This means not only fast responses, but also fast solutions. When we start your project we set up communication systems that keep us in close connection with our clients and monitor them round the clock. This service comes with all of our retainer offerings.
